Regina Marie "Jenna" Fischer was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States, on March 7, 1974, is an American actress.

Young Jenna Fischer first started performing during her years at the Truman State University, in school theater productions and with a touring Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre group.

She got her television debut in ABC sitcom Spin City (2001) in episode "A Shot in the Dark: Part 2", in role as Waitress.

She made her big screen debut in comedy film Channel 493 (1998) in role as Rane.

Her breakthrough performance came as Pam Beesly in NBC mockumentary sitcom The Office (2005–2013).

She landed her directorial debut with mockumentary LolliLove (2004) which she also co-wrote and starred in role as Jenna Gunn.
