Young Courteney Cox first started her career as a model in New York, she signed to Ford Modelling Agency.

She landed her first break in Bruce Springsteen video "Dancing in The Dark" (1984) in role as Young Woman, directed by Brian De Palma.

She made her big screen debut in thriller film Down Twisted (1987) in role as Tarah.
