William Frederick Burr was born in Canton, Massachusetts, United States, on June 10, 1968, is an American stand-up comedian and actor. Young Bill Burr first started performing stand-up comedy in 1992, at the age of 23. He made his big screen debut in comedy thriller film Perfect Fit (2000) in role as Doorman. He got his television debut in ABC sitcom Townies (1996) in role as Ryan Callahan. Bill's breakthrough came with his comedy album debut in Comedy Central Presents (2003). He made his directorial debut with comedy film Old Dads (2023) which he also co-wrote and starred as Jack Kelly. He landed his Broadway debut in a play "Glengarry Glen Ross" (2025) in role as Dave Moss, at Palace Theatre.
