I like to exercise in the morning, I feel like if I don’t I think about it all day and just talk myself out of it.
I don’t like anything about being fake but there’s something about stepping outside your comfort zone and past your insecurities and just pretending that they don’t exist.
My style is just very easy, some kind of version of jeans and a tee, and not so thrown together. As soon as someone tries too hard it becomes a mess.
You get to go to so many places all across the world and experience so many different cultures, but at the same time you’re always traveling and you can’t plan anything so it becomes a bit lonely sometimes.
I love freshly squeezed juices with vegetables. My favourite would be carrot, beetroot, celery and ginger.
We workout our bodies but we don’t ever exercise our face and it makes sense that we should. So I’m always massaging my face and I think it really helps with lymphatic drainage and releasing toxins.
I have a personal trainer that works lots of different aspects. Sometimes it’s more like Pilates and stretching or a hard core workout. It’s good to mix it up.
