Claudia Cardinale was born in La Goulette, Tunisia, on April 15, 1938, is an Italian Tunisian hot actress. Young Claudia Cardinale began her career in beauty contest, she won a "Most Beautiful Italian Girl in Tunisia" (1957), at the age of 17. She made her big screen debut in French-Tunisian drama film Goha (1958) in role as Amina, opposite Omar Sharif.
Her breakthrough performance came as Carmelina in Italian comedy film Big Deal on Madonna Street (1958) with Marcello Mastroianni. She got her American movie debut in comedy The Pink Panther (1963) in role as The Princess, opposite Peter Sellers and David Niven.
She landed her Holywood debut in drama film Circus World (1964) in role as Toni Alfredo, opposite John Wayne and Rita Hayworth.
She made her stage debut in a play "La Venexiana" in Paris (2000).
She won the David di Donatello Award for Best Actress for her performance as Rosa Nicolosi in Italian drama crime movie The Day of the Owl (Il giorno della civetta) (1968), opposite Franco Nero.
She played Jill McBain in epic Spaghetti Western movie Once Upon a Time in the West (1968), directed by Sergio Leone.
She won the Best Actress Silver Ribbon award for her role as Mara in Italian crime movie La Ragazza di Bube (1963).
