Val Kilmer was born in Los Angeles, California, U.S. on December 31, 1959, is an American actor. Young Val Kilmer began his acting career on stage in a play How It All Began, at the Public Theater at the New York Shakespeare Festival (1981). He made his big screen debut in action comedy film Top Secret! (1984) in role as Nick Rivers. Kilmer's breakthrough performance came as LT Tom "Iceman" Kazanski in action drama film Top Gun (1986) opposite Tom Cruise.
He played Bruce Wayne / Batman in superhero film Batman Forever (1995) directed by Joel Schumacher.
