Chris Hemsworth was born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, on August 11, 1983, is an Australian actor. Young Chris Hemsworth began his acting career in Canadian Australian fantasy television series Guinevere Jones (2002) in role as King Arthur. Hemsworth's breakthrough performance came as Kimberly Jonathan "Kim" Hyde in Australian soap opera Home and Away (2004-2007). He made his big screen debut in space opera film Star Trek (2009) in role as George Kirk.
